Arrival
Parking is free in the Floyd St. Garage. You can use either the main entrance (2126 S. Floyd St. Louisville, KY 40208) or the visitor lot entrance (2100 S. Floyd St.). Parking staff will be on site to assist and will direct guests to other lots if necessary. From the Floyd St. Garage, you can access campus by crossing the 3rd-floor pedestrian bridge or proceeding to ground level and entering the Student Activities Center East Entrance near Starbucks.
Be sure to check in at the Student Activities Center West, Student Activities Center East, or Belknap Academic Building upon arrival.
Please visit the information table at check-in if you are in need of Spanish translation services. Sessions marked with language_spanish will also be available with Spanish interpretation.

Most workshops are repeated throughout the day. Workshops for Applying to UofL and Scholarships are repeated multiple times. Any workshop marked with !! only occurs once.

This presentation provides an overview of financial aid at U of L and provides answers to common financial aid questions, with an opportunity for Q&A. This workshop will cover various ways that UofL can help you make your college experience as financially affordable as possible, including the Cardinal Commitment Grant (CCG). The workshop will also feature updates on the forthcoming release of the updated Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) that will be available in December 2023, including guidance on obtaining a Federal Student Aid ID (FSA ID). This presentation will be available in Spanish.

Engineering Garage - 1960 Arthur Street
Gain valuable insight about your major or minor, co-operative education experiences, first-year experiences and more. Participate in one-on-one conversations with current Speed students, faculty, and staff, and gain a feel for your future on campus.
Golf carts will be available to shuttle guests to the engineering garage at the Student Activities Center East Entrance, near the Campus Store and Starbucks.
College of Business South Wing, 1st Floor
Learn from faculty, staff, and current College of Business students about what makes the College of Business unique! Activities will include a tour of Frazier Hall, a Major Fair where you can meet with each academic department, and an Engagement Fair where you can speak with representatives of the student organizations, centers, and resources of the College of Business. A mock lecture led by Asst. Dean Nat Irvin and a student panel will take place from 2:15-3pm in the PNC Horn Auditorium.
