University of Louisville

    Spring 2020 Extended Office Hours

    Mondays, January 27 - April 27, 5-7 p.m. EST
    Houchens Building

As an admitted student, there’s a lot to take care of before you join us in the fall, and you’re bound to have questions. We’re here to help! During these weekly extended office hours, you’ll have the chance to meet one-on-one with several university departments, ask important questions, and complete several items from your First-time Freshman Guide. You'll meet with participating departments in one centralized location on campus, and you'll have access to free and convenient parking.

    • Admissions: meet with an admissions counselor to discuss all of your next steps, including the enrollment deposit, placement tests and more.
    • Financial Aid: meet with a financial aid advisor and learn how to file FAFSA, review your financial aid offer sheet, learn about loans and more.
    • Campus Housing: review your various housing options (hall styles, rates, locations, living-learning and themed communities) and ask questions about the housing application process and requesting/changing halls/roommates.
Plan on bringing any materials for which you have questions (financial aid offer sheet, scholarship letters, etc.) Please be sure to review your First-time Freshman Guide prior to attending and be prepared with questions!

Check-in is encouraged but not required. Parking information and directions will be sent prior to the event.

Please know that you can always take care of business in our offices Monday-Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
