By submitting this scholarship application, you certify that you have read and understand the requirements of this scholarship, and all deadlines associated. You understand that if you do not have an undergraduate degree-seeking application, all official college transcripts, and a scholarship application on file by April 15, you will not be guaranteed a scholarship. 

If you are filling out this scholarship application for a spring semester, please be aware that this scholarship is a one year scholarship that is only awarded in the fall for a given academic year, disbursed between fall and spring semesters.

Please remember it is not an instantaneous process when requesting and sending transcripts. It is your responsibility to ensure all transcripts are received by our office prior to the appropriate deadlines. No exceptions.
