    Please review timeline below before making your date selections.
     
    SEPTEMBER 1 - NOVEMBER 30
    We require AT LEAST A 2 WEEKS NOTICE prior to the "needed by" date.

    DECEMBER 1 - AUGUST 31
    We require AT LEAST A 1 WEEK NOTICE prior to the "needed by" date.                                      


    If your request is less than the time listed above, we will be in touch to let you know if your request can be completed.


    Please make sure your "need by" date and "event date" are two different dates. 

    DELIVERY:     Requests within the Office of Admissions will be delivered or shipped  (if you are regional). 
    All out of state counselors need to select “yes” if they need their items shipped.  

    If you are outside of the Admissions Office (but located on campus), you will be notified when your request is ready for pickup at the front desk of our office.

    BILLING:     Departments outside of Undergraduate Admissions will be billed for items using the provided speed type.
